Cancellation Policy for One-Hour Lessons
In general, participants are expected to dress for the weather (read more here about what to expect on your row) and should anticipate that rows will not be canceled for light rain or light to moderate wind. Your guide will monitor the weather forecast closely to determine if conditions are safe for rowing. In the event that the row must be canceled due to weather conditions (high wind, thunderstorms, etc), we will make every attempt to re-schedule a make-up row, or provide you with a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
We understand that life is unpredictable and you may need to cancel your participation in a row. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel, by calling or texting 207-505-0051 (if within 48 hours of the scheduled row) or by emailing rowingtowild@gmail.com.
If you can give us at least 48 hours notice, we will either reschedule your row or provide 100% refund.
If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours ahead of your scheduled row, we will either reschedule or provide you with a 50% refund.
Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the scheduled row) and no-shows are generally not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
